Rough idle vibrations while accelerating

Truck was in park running fine then shut off randomly. Started it back up and it now idles low and has a descent amount of vibrations while idling and accelerating but not while coasting.

I can think of 2 things the might be causing these troubles. First for the poor idling that could be caused by a faulty or dirty idle air control valve. Here are a few tutorials for you to view about this:

The second issue for poor acceleration might be a weak or failing fuel pump not supplying sufficient fuel pressure. Here is a tutorial for testing fuel pressure:

The proper fuel pressure for your vehicle should be key on - engine off between 50-57 PSI. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
