Has a rough idle when I give it gas it bogs out. when I give it gas has little to no power more noise than power sounds bad runs badly.

Rough idle, runs rough and no power

This sounds like a fuel issue. Let's start with checking the fuel pressure. Here is a guide that will help with that:

Another possible cause is a vacuum leak so here is a video that will show how to check for this:
