The gearbox stabilizer is called a pendulum support. See image 2
It is mounted into a recess in the subframe and attached with 2 bolts on the lower transmission housing, see image 1.
When replacing the support, you will need to replace the 3 bolts too.
The 2 bolts at the transmission side are tightened to 30Nm + 90 degree.
The bolt at the subframe is tightened to 40Nm + 90 degree.
It is a fairly simple install as the transmission will not drop when loosening the mounting.
Suggest to first remove the 2 transmission side bolts.
Next loosen and remove the bolt at the subframe.
The mounting is quite tight in the recess, you will need to wiggle it out using a small pry bar or large flat screwdriver. Fit new mounting into the subframe recess first.
Install new bolts and tighten to correct torque using a torque wrench and angle attachment.
