Codes P0300 and P0118, misfires, rough idle, car shaking and check engine light on

I’m having trouble with my car listed above. I get codes P0300 and P0118. I changed the temperature sensor, spark plugs, coils, cam and crank sensors and the runner valve. Every code that came up has been tended to, but I am still getting misfire and rough idle. Even my mechanic has been dumbfounded for the last 2 weeks.

Good afternoon,

Did anyone check the fuel pressure? That is the most common issue for the 300 misfire code.

You can rent a tester at a parts store to verify.

Also we should do a compression test as well.
