Rough idle

2003 JEEP LIBERTY
70,000 MILES • 3.7L • V6 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

Engine idles very rough and scanner shows misfire on cylinder one and four. Coils and plugs are only seven months old. Swapped coil and plug from cylinder one to cylinder three to see if error followed but does not. Some indication of moisture in oil fill.

Hello,

I would start by removing the spark plugs on one and four and seeing what they look like? dry black? Also, does the engine sound normal when you are cranking it over?
