Still running kind of rough?

I replaced the valve cover, spark plugs, coil pack and noticed the engine was still running kind of rough. So I replaced the intake manifold because the check valve was gone. Now the engine is really running horrible. I’m not sure what to do now?

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak or and bad ignition coil/fuel injector. We need to run the codes to see which ones are stored, also can you please upload a short video of the engine running so I can see it? Here is a video to help you get the codes.
