Rough driving and acceleration

My bi fuel car was idling rough so changed fuel filter and plugs, now it is barely accelerating on take off running rough and cutting out on inclines.

It sounds like you may have a fuel pump going out. check fuel pressure with a gauge and check for a vacuum leak. auto parts rent the gauge you may have low fuel pressure as it sure sounds like it.
