The outside air temp sensor is not working, it show the temp. is -88 C, how can I fix it? or is there any repair shop near Sacramento, CA I can take it to get it fixed?

Although I havn't worked on an 82' Rolls, most cars have this sensor located on the front radiator support, but getting the part for it will be a challenge! Not too difficult to do.
