Had a rattle in top end, took valve cover off found a real loose rocker arm. Should I torque it back down or what?

There are a few scenarios that can cause a loose rocker arm. First is the obvious the rocker just came loose. The next problem would involve a collapsed lifter. the final problem which i hope is not happening is the valve seat in the cylinder head is working its way out of the casting.

Can you please take a picture to show me the effected rocker and valve spring? Try to get the other cylinders around it as well. I am looking for a height difference between the others.

Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Cheers, Ken
