Risk of filter clogging comes up and the engine man agent light on as well as triangle. Also the fan comes on as soon as the ignition is turned on and stays on until it cools down when stationary.

On your vehicle "Risk of filter clogging" refers to a possible issue with the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).
The cooling fan activation usually points towards a possible regeneration the ECM is trying to carry out to unblock the DPF.

A service regeneration is usually carried out by the vehicle when it has reached operating temperature and is driven at speeds in excess of 60 MPH for at least 20 minutes. The fuel tank must be at least 1/4 full or more
