I’m trying to get a bit more ground clearance and also the tires are much easier to find.

They should if you use a low-profile tire. Make sure the circumference of the tires is not much larger than the stock ones.

Okay, thank you. I was considering slightly wider in the rear for better traction, but I wasn’t planning to go crazy. I prefer to keep my car looking as factory correct as possible. Mostly I’m just wanting more affordable tires and to make the car sit just a couple inches higher so I stop hitting things with the undercarriage.
