Hello, my right turn signal flashes fast most of the time. Occasionally it will flash at a normal speed. The bulbs do not appear to be out. Could it be a fuse?

I don't think it is a fuse, can you tell me if when it is flashing quickly are both front and rear bulbs working? If so, it sounds like you have a combination flasher going out. here is the location so you can change it out. The combination flasher for this model is integral to the hazard switch located in the center of the instrument panel, just above the radio. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
