Right taillight and blinker out

I have changed both lights 2 times with no good news. My other taillight and blinker work. But the right side is out and I can't figure out what I need to do to fix it.

More than likely this is an issue in the front control module but it could also be a wiring issue. So to check this properly, we need to measure voltage coming out of the FCM to see if you have any. If you don't have voltage then it could be the fuse shown. If not, then replace the FCM.
