I recently had to replace my passenger side mirror due to it being hit. I only replaced the glass but it was a heated and electric mirror so I had to reconnect wires I previously disconnected and yes, they were connected properly and after doing so the whole right side directional will not work. No signal on the dashboard, no directional coming from the front or back lights not a clicking noise indicating that it’s on. But the drive side still works fine with no problems. Anyone have any idea what my problem is here?

Just to be sure I understand. Your mirror got hit and you only replaced the glass?

If this is the case, then we need to suspect the mirror motor was damaged or you have a possible wiring issue from the door module to the mirror.

What I would suggest is we access the connectors and then check for voltage on the directional circuits and the heated circuits.

I am attaching the wiring diagram below and that will help with testing the circuits to determine if there is an issue here or not.

Please run through this info and let us know what you find.

Thanks
