Okay, with no power to the bulb socket the most likely problem is that the driver in the TIPM unit. They don't like any overloads or short circuits, but Chrysler didn't add fuses for some of those items. Replacing the TIPM isn't hard on that vehicle. Disconnect the battery negative, then go to the TIPM and remove the positive power cable, then release the 4 tabs and pull the unit up unplug the cables from underneath it and pull it out. To install the replacement, plug the cables in and seat the module in. Now reconnect the positive cable and torque it down. Now connect the battery negative cable and close the hood. Make sure everything like lights, heat radio are off. Now turn the key to run/on and wait 12 seconds. The TIPM will read the system and collect the data it needs. After 12 seconds turn the key off, wait 5 seconds and turn the key on and verify everything works.
