Right rear tail light

All lights in assembly work both sides. Not my rear right tail light

Iv changed bulbs. Iv used my left bulb on right side still did not work

Can I use my 2005 stratus bulb socket on 2000 stratus. If I splice wires

Hello,

First you need to check to see if you are getting power to the inoperative side.
It could be a bad ground or a short in the wiring that causing the issue.

You should be able to check for power using a multimeter. The socket should have 12V with the lights on.

If there is no power, then you will have to trace the wire to find the issue. Many times, it is as simple as a burnt socket or a loose wire at the socket.

As for the using a socket from different year, just make sure they look identical. However, you might want to make sure that the socket is the issue first.
