Right passenger turn signal and tail light not working

My truck is the Xlt model. Passenger rear turn signal and brake lamps will not work. I have tried a new socket and bulb, tried new combination switch also traced wires and check fuses. any other ideas what it could be? Makes my turn signal blink fast.

Have you tested the earth circuit? you may have a bad ground at the light, check this next.

It just runs through the wiring harness.

You will have to prove that the earth or ground circuit is okay, without that you will have an open circuit and the lights will not work.
