My right headlights drl is out and my right side high beams flash when I use my turn signal (only on the right side) I did notice that the inner tail light bulb carrier went out for the passenger side and both of the taillights share the same ground I don’t know if that would cause any issues to the front side since it’s only on the right side. I did change the bulbs already and still the same issue. I checked voltage on the wires and they were good, and inspected the fuses which also seemed good. I swapped the ballast out from left to right and the problem went away but came back after a day and a half.

It sounds like you have a problem with the vehicle system electronic module at the left end of the dash. To be sure let's run a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

Here is how to replace the vehicle system electronic module in case a code is stored for it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Thanks for the video. When you say you switched the bulbs out do you mean the headlight assembly housing? If this is the only part of the lighting system having an issue, the housing has electronics inside of it. I wonder if a CAN scan would have a code for what is wrong. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

I would do the housing which has the voltage converter and headlight control module. Here is how to do the job correctly. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
