When my vehicle car is moving, i heard some disturbing noise at the right front wheel. it sounds as if the shocks are bad.
i changed the shocks, arm, ball joints. the noise did not go away.
So i decide to check the right front shaft, when i pulled it out, it was stone dry. No transmission fluid oil on it.
My question is, should it be dry?

Normally some fluid does come out. Have you checked the fluid level? Was CV joints in good shape?

What type of sound are you hearing? Can you post an audio sound? If the sound is most noticeable under load, check the upper torque mount located on the passenger side they break causing it to make noise.
