The passenger front brake caliper is not compressing?

I tried bleeding the brakes and got absolutely no fluid. So far, I have replaced the caliper, the brake hose, searched for line brakes and took out the master cylinder, bench blead it and nothing. There are bubbles coming from the center of the cylinder so there is a leak somewhere, but no fluid is ever lost.

So, the new and old brake caliper will not compress, correct? Will the new caliper compress without the brake line attached?
