The passenger blinker turns on the hazards?

The passenger blinker turns on the hazards and the "1" gear flashes at the same time.
The driver side blinker works fine.
Replaced flasher relay and fuses.

This is an odd one. I have a feeling the problem is the hazard switch because power is sent to the signal switch from there.

Do me a favor. remove fuse 43 (10amp) in the under-hood fuse box and tell me what happens when you try the signal.

So come to find out it was a bad aftermarket headlight that was causing the issue.
