Engine revving up and down

2016 HYUNDAI SANTA FE
18,000 MILES • 2.3L • 4WD • MANUAL

the engine idle is fine when starting but when engine is warm it revs up and down when at t/lights or standstill. it stops this when it reaches normal idle revs.

any ideas?

It sounds like throttle valve defected or just needs cleaning, for more diagnosis read fault codes and send to us.
