Revs up and down while driving or idling

Engine sounds like it is revving for about five or so seconds every thirty seconds to a minute, no matter if it is idling or driving.

I have replaced many throttle position sensors for this concern. To verify this is the concern you need to connect a scan tool that is capable of displaying the throttle position sensor volts and mode. Also, more than likely it will not set a trouble code because it is an in spec failure. The bad ones that I have has will show part throttle when the throttle is closed. I hope this helps.
