When starting the car it revs to 6000 RPM's

I have to immediately shut the vehicle down. I've changed the TPS and IAC valve, and cleaned the throttle body. The gas pedal isn't stuck and neither is the butterfly in the throttle body.

Hi and welcome to 2CarPros! Lets get this figured out.

Have you checked for any trouble codes? If so what are they? If not can you do so?

Since you changed the IAC at this point it sounds like a massive vacuum leak or the IAC circuit is malfunctioning.
