Rev high and it doesn't go

I step on the gas and rpms rev high and it doesn't go like it's not going into gear. I put transmission fluid in it

How low was it when you added the transmission fluid? Normally you should not have to add anything unless there is an active leak. If it lost too much fluid it has likely messed up the internals of the transmission, hence it won't move when put into gear.

It was low but I have never done had the transmission services either

If you can post a video of it occuring it can help. It is highly likely the transmission is now bad, especially if it was low and never been serviced. Fluid deteriorates over time and being it has over 100k miles it was well over due if you have never done it.

Being this is the 2.4 it also has the JATCO CVT in it. Those are unfortunately very well known to be failure prone. Even with more than regular service they still have a very high failure rate. As such you description likely means it has suffered a major internal failure. The repair is to install a remanufactured unit as very few shops will rebuild them due to the poor design. If you look online for "JATCO CVT failures" you will find a lot of content.
