When idling does not rev over 2,500 RPM's

My Kodiaq does nor rev above 2,500 rpm when in idle position. is this normal? thanks Tony

Yes this is normal, the computer does not allow the engine to rev in neutral to help people from over revving the engine for no reason. Use 2CarPros anytime, we are here to help. Please tell a friend.
