Where is the reversing light switch located?

Recent purchase, reverse lights are not working, not bulb or fuses etc., wiring seems okay. Think it’s the switch but struggling to find it.

The reverse light switch is built into the transmission case either on the left or right side about mid way on the case. If you upload images I can point it out to you, it will be a two wire connector.

The first thing I would do is check the bulbs and then the fuse #8 in the fuse panel at the lower left hand side of the dash. The reverse light switch in integrated into the neutral safety switch, (transmission range switch). which is where the cable attaches to the transmission. Check out the images (below).
