Reverse gear works intermittently

Hi, I am having a problem with my reverse gear. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, it seems to be slipping, any idea what the problem could be or how much it will cost to fix it?

Hello,

This can be caused by low fluid or the turbine shaft speeds sensor is not working. Let start by checking the fluid and then scan for codes to confirm the sensor failure. Here is a guide to help as get started:
