reverse proximity sensors?

My car has reverse proximity sensors in the rear bumper but i don't know how to read the display inside the car.

Usually, they only set off an alarm telling you that you are too close. On newer vehicles they are connected to a back-up camera to also show distance. I don't recall the 2000 Sebring as having them from the factory and don't see them in service information. Perhaps take a picture of the display and add it to this post so we can see if it's OEM or one of the add-on units.
