Reset password HFT

If you have changed it from the default of 0000 and then forget the new number there are two ways to deal with it. One is to have a dealer use a scan tool to access the module and reset the unit back to default. The other involves removing the unit and getting the serial number off of it, then you can contact the dealer and have them use that number to access Honda's support and they can give you a code to reset the unit. There is also the option of replacing the module, but they are very expensive to replace.
