Reset immobilizer, engine will not stay running

Hello.
Most immobilizer systems have to be reset using a computer with specialist software as on the VW Beetle it has its own immobilizer module behind the key switch.
You can try the tips on the link below. If the VW tip below does not work you will need an auto locksmith with the correct equipment.
