Car will not start due to security issue with immobilizer. how do I reset it?

Hello,
Exactly what is the issue going with the immobilizer? Did you lose your keys? Did the vehicle just not start one day? Did you replace the ignition lock cylinder and keys? Did you replace the Power-train Control Module (PCM)? Also is your Malfunction Indicator Lamp(MIL) or "check engine" lamp illuminated?
