Well ever sinced i changed my alternator my wiper jet fluid dont work as well as sunroof doesnt open automaticaly like it used too

Replacing an alternator safely requires disconnecting the battery's negative cable. When it is reconnected later there are going to be current surges due to the many computers and their memory circuits charging up. Those surges often result in blown fuses. Check for those inside and under the hood.
