Do I need to buy any other parts besides the input and output speed sensor for it to pass smog?
The Pedometer malfunctions as well.

To rectify a problem, you need to find out what is wrong and the causes. Replacing components without knowing if it is the cause don't resolve problems. If the speedometer is not working, it could be a sensor or its wiring circuit.
