Replacing the belt tensioner?

How do I remove the belt tensioner on this 4.2l?

Remove the belt, then you use a torx bit to remove the central bolt in the tensioner. The tensioner comes off. The new one goes on and keys into place. You install the bolt to 40 lb.ft. Then the belt goes back on following the routing shown.
