Is it okay to just replace the piston rings or drive with that?

Good morning,
When the rings fail, there may be piston damage or cylinder wall damage. When the job is being performed, the taper and out of round must be checked to be sure further work is not required.
I'm getting little white smoke when engine is heated. I should change the rings? Or drive with that until the rings will come last stage? And yes oil consumption is like 700ml for 1000km drive.

Okay, white smoke is an indication of burning coolant. Blue smoke is burning oil.
700 miles is not terrible for rings but it is a possibility. A wet and dry compression test will verify if the rings are worn. You do a standard compression test first and then add a cap full of oil to the cylinders and retest. If the compression increases more than 15 pounds, the rings are worn.
I would have a leak down test done to confirm coolant leaking into the cylinders.
