Can I get the torque specs for aluminum plenum to heads, and upper plastic intake runner?

Hi,

The intake was easy to find the specs for, but I'm struggling with the runner. I looked through three manuals and none provided that info. What is it that you are actually removing? Is it the swirl valve?

I was able to find the specs and directions for torquing the pressure sensor. See attached pics below.
