I have taken the whole dash off to replace heater core, but I am unable to get to the old one off. Please help.

Hello,
There is no special trick to get the heater core out on this vehicle. You got the hard part done of removing the dash.
Take a look at the heater core replacement procedure below. See if you might have missed something.

Were you able to get to all the fasteners that is holding it in place? The top ones can be tricky to get to.
