Decided to just replace the motor, can you find out if it's easier getting engine/transmission together or engine alone? Also, any instructions on engine removal? This is a manual transmission car.

Hi,

I think I just answered your last question. LOL As far as the engine removal, the engine and transmission are removed at the same time from under the vehicle.

I attached the directions below. They include the directions for both automatic and manual transmissions. Take a look through them and let me know if you have questions or if I can help.

Take care,

Joe

Got it out, this one is actually easy especially that all the harness stays with it until the motor is out, one ECU plug, got both engine and transmission from top.

Hi,

That's good news. We normally do it via the manual from the bottom. However, since you got it from the top, next time I may give it a try. That's good info to know.

Let me know how things turn out for you or if I can help in any way.

Take care,

Joe
