I took my truck to get the coolant gauge fix because it’s been two months driving it with it not reading. Therefore, they fixed it they said but when I turned it on the gauge didn’t rise so, I thought it was new so it take time to get the routine going driving it I started to see smoke come out of my truck I pulled over turns out it over heated and the coolant pipe burst. So, now the place I took it said they put the parts new, and it worked but my engine is out. That I need a new one. Something here doesn’t seem right to me, so I’m asking this for that reason.

Hi,

They are telling you the engine needs to be replaced. That doesn't sound right. Does it still run? Also, what was actually done by the shop?

Let me know as much as you can.

Take care,

Joe
