Replacing AWD transmission?

200,000 MILES • 2.4L • 4 CYL • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

Have to replace transmission. Can get a used on imported from Japan with 50,000 miles. My car was built in UK. Will this transmission work it's a bolt on so I figured it would be okay. But I live in Central America, so I don't want to order the wrong one..
