Replacing AWD transmission?

Have to replace transmission. Can get a used on imported from Japan with 50,000 miles. My car was built in UK. Will this transmission work it's a bolt on so I figured it would be okay. But I live in Central America, so I don't want to order the wrong one.

If the part/model numbers are the same, you should be okay. Here are the instructions on how to remove the transmission in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
