Replacing a 1300 kent front wheel drive with a 1600 kent

Seeing that the 1600 kent did not feature in front wheel drive, things such as the water pump and oil pump differ. Is it possible to use the 1300 kent front wheel drive water pump and oil pump on a rear wheel drive 1600 kent to use as a front wheel drive?

Don't know what you mean buy kent but anyway I did find a napa number for a water pump it is 58334. Don't know about the oil pump sorry.
