Replacement of the one way clutch rear gear?

I want to replace my transmission one way clutch rear gear but I want to know which direction the inner race should turn before installation it.

Just to be clear ' Which one? you said rear gear, do you mean for the reverse clutch? There one for the torque converter too which one specifically? do you mean
what's it actually called? Just to be sure.
