I install the new Battery and by accident I touch the negative post, it sparked a bit and now nothing works?

When I finished, I tried to start up the SUV and it did not work. Did I damage something?

Are there any electrical components that are working? For example, does the horn work or the headlamps?

Let me know. Also, what did you touch the negative post with that caused it to spark?
