Hi,

This is normally the fan itself and not necessarily a bearing. Normally, it is because the clutch has failed and it locks the fan in "high" and it roars at slower speeds.

If this is replaced and it still does it, then we need to turn to a bearing. Does the noise happen when in Neutral and reving the engine or do you have to be moving?

If none of these items in this guide sound close then maybe getting a recording of the noise is the best bet.

Have you checked the fan blades for cracked blades? The increased air flow will make the noise louder. I am wondering if the fan itself is the issue.

It revs up real high every time I accelerate. Not when idling only when moving.

Is it loud enough to get a recording of it? Maybe hearing it will get us on the same page. Thanks

Is the water pump making the noise? Try to move the clutch fan by hand to check the "free wheel" part. It should move but with resistance.
