turns right but not left

Replaced the rack and pinion steering put everything back together. Started it up and it turns right but not left. Trying to find out what i did wrong or if something else is broke ?

We want to start with lifting the front tires and try turning both directions with no load on the system.

Normally when you can turn one direction but not the other means the steering gear, the rack in this case, is at fault. The pump just creates pressure and the gear directs the power to different chambers within the gear.

So if you are able to turn with the wheels off the ground then you are loosing pressure internal to the rack.

Which means we will most likely need to replace it again.

I attached the process below on how to do this in case others need this in the future.
