Replaced idler pully and timing belt?

Idler pully shattered and it jumped timing I replaced the belt and pully but I can't get my marks to line up properly I've tried to turn it and spin them to the proper place, but one is always off, and I get no start what do I do to get the timing back in order.

Can you please upload an image of the timing marks so I can see? Here is the procedure on how to set the timing marks. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
