2007 Suzuki Forenza car engine

I went in this morning to get an oil change thinking that was the problem..but when I got there they said that they could not change the oil because my engine was " done for " and that I needed a new motor !! That sounds expensive ..so where do I start now ? PLEASE HELP ASAP.

have someone else like another mechanic look at it. if you went to an oil change place don't even believe them
