Friend wanting to sell me the car listed above. He had engine replaced within past year. New engine has about 50,000 miles on it. I believe he told me his daughter was not keeping oil in it that is why new engine. I am concerned buying a vehicle with a replaced engine, especially since the car is only 2012. What are your thoughts? He said he had work done at Dealership.

Should not be a big issue. Five year old car but if you do not service it you can easily ruin an engine in a year. If it runs good and he has the paperwork it should be okay.
